Change Management
This class informs theory, practice, and strategies for implementing change in organizations. This class features a guided presentation that includes exercises and discussion.
Participants will:
- Identify change as a process
- Understand the intellectual and emotional components of change
- Learn about change management strategies and interventions
- Learning how to apply the Law of Diffusion of Innovation
- Learn how behavioral styles affect and influence organizational change
- Be able to adapt strategies to implement change
- Be able to reduce unfavorable consequences of organizational change

- Teaming up to conduct or repel change - Group tendencies amidst change
- Change and its relationships to Organizational Culture
- Interventions and strategies to conduct Organizational Change
