NJMEP Adds Kevin Farley to Team

Kevin Farley brings 15+ years of successful experience in Business Development and Strategic Account Management to the NJMEP.  His background in Management Consulting brings extensive global experience with proven abilities in delivering enterprise solutions to all levels of business, which includes the Small-Medium sized businesses.  His strength is in developing those strategic, long-term business relationships, understanding client dynamics and aligning solutions that will allow them to improve employee morale through increased efficiency, productivity and ultimately – profitability.

Mr. Farley has had diverse exposure to many industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, municipal government, DoD, utilities to name a few – but they all had one focus and that was to give clarity to organizations as to how to attain sustainable performance excellence.  His experience and ability to work with senior leadership and align departments, assist with change management and become ‘part of their team’ is what drives him.

Proud to be a ‘clam-digger’, born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Kevin is heavily involved in youth soccer – working with today’s youth from grade school through high school trying to instill confidence, teach leadership and life-skills while aligning them with their college goals and their career path.

Mr. Farley has a BS in Business Management from the University of Scranton.
