NJMEP Adds Five Additional Team Members
The New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program, Inc. (NJMEP) announces the addition of five new employees to its staff. The growing non-profit based out of Cedar Knolls enlisted a five additional sales and client/project focused team members.
NJMEP is a not-for-profit that helps New Jersey’s manufacturers become more profitable. NJMEP’s services are geared towards helping state manufacturers increase sales, reduce costs, improve efficiencies and spur job creation. The organization is chartered by The National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), a network of more than 60 MEP centers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
George M. Saives joins NJMEP as the Director of Consulting Sales. Saives is a logistics and distribution industry veteran with extensive operating and sales management experience as an independent consultant. He additionally possesses experience as an in-house sales executive for a number of major global companies.
Peter Boorujy will be responsible for coordinating the project scheduling of resources and clients in conjunction with NJMEP’s account managers. Peter has over 30 years of extensive cross-functional experience in supply chain management and contract administration.
Kelly Bhavsar joins the team with more than 12 years of experience in customer service, sales training and sales within different market segments. She has a proven record of accomplishment in growing sales and profits and has been a top sales performer within the industrial supply arena.
As field operations support, James Hogan will manage scheduling and support account managers and administrative staff with events, team sales goals, logistics and transportation efforts, as well as office and program administration.
James Donnelly comes to NJMEP as a Sales Associate and possesses advanced communication skills with proven sales success and outreach capabilities. He will be responsible for generating new leads while building and maintaining client and resource relationships.
