Positive Workforce Alternatives for NJ Manufacturers

Finding and retaining talent continues to be a primary concern among manufacturers in New Jersey and across the nation. At ‘MADE in New Jersey’ Manufacturing Day 2022, NJMEP hosted an incredible panel discussion that provided direct access to positive alternatives to the workforce challenge. The panel was made up of two organizations that engage with neurodiverse individuals and two that worked with the veteran, and Army Reserve community, including military spouses. Both groups can help bridge the current issue of the dwindling manufacturing talent pool.
