MAPS – More Americanized Pronunciation and Speaking for the Workplace

More Americanized Pronunciation and Speaking for the Workplace is specifically designed for advanced ESL and/or Accent Reduction participants.
The program focuses on interpersonal communication skills with self, peer, and instructor correction in a workshop setting. Concentration is on grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary skills as well as on traditional presentation proficiency. Attention is also given to the correct use of American idioms and business language. Participants who complete a M.A.P.S. program experience a greater confidence and intelligibility when they speak English.
Their employer can anticipate a measurable increase in productivity, efficiency, and communication ability. There are fewer safety or customer service/order fulfillment lapses as a result in a clearer, more intelligible communication between employee and manager.
