This Englewood, NJ manufacturer is a leading supplier for dressings, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sauces, and oils. Bella Baker, Human Resources Manager has been instrumental in Stratas Foods’ success. Through her determination and dedication, this company has been a North American food manufacturing industry leader and innovator with facilities across the country. This manufacturer’s RDI Center is recognized for developing, testing, and creating a prototype for a vast array of innovative oil and sauce products. Stratas is a wonderful example of companies that fit the ‘Year of Women in Manufacturing’ theme. They give women like Baker the ability to explore and grow in the manufacturing field.

STATEWIDE HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF NJ (SHCCNJ)

This organization, located in Lyndhurst, NJ promotes the continued growth and development of New Jersey businesses. Aixa G. López, P.E., their Operations Oversight embodies the organization’s mission to encourage business growth in the state. Her extensive background in manufacturing and engineering has been invaluable for SHCCNJ and its partners. This CTI Certified Chamber organization assists their members find business opportunities, promote trade for the NJ business community and serves as an advocate for small business in the political process. SHCCNJ is a perfect example for the “Year of Women in Manufacturing” because they value talented women like Lopez and give them the opportunity to flourish.
