Durex Inc. Is a contract manufacturer of metal components and complete products. From small parts the size of your fingernail to large Dust Collectors 15’-20’ off the ground wired complete with 220v-440v!!! We are truly a company that sets itself apart thru diverse capabilities and the products we produce. Our capabilities begin with ESI-Early Supplier Involvement with the customers design engineers assisting in the right tool approach to meet the customers’ requirements. Once that is established we move on to the prototype stage as we have CNC Vertical Machine Centers, lasers, turrets and brakes to support the development and early production requirements. As the program matures Durex then can offer transitioning into hard tooling to reduce costs as we have 45 stamping presses to 400 tons. It doesn’t stop there………we then move on to our assembly area where we weld, hardware insert, and add on any purchased components necessary to complete the project. If the product requires powder coating and silk screening we have that in our 120,000 sq ft facility as well. From there we move on to packaging as we are able to ship right to your distribution center a complete product. But wait it doesn’t stop there……we maintain UL, ETL and NSF certification as well as ISO 9001 supported by our quality team of 8 individuals using the latest quality techniques and equipment available.
