About Das’ Creamery:
Das' Creamery was founded by father-daughter duo Pankaj Das and Komal Das in 2014. Mr. Das, MPA, MSW, LCSW took an early retirement from his hospital administration job with the State of New Jersey and Komal moved back to New Jersey after graduating from the French Culinary Institute in New York City to combine their shared love of ice cream. With their combined ice cream education from University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada and the acclaimed Penn State Ice Cream Short Course the pair embarked on a journey of delicious discovery. The mission is simple: Make the best ice cream with the best ingredients while giving back to the community that passionately supports us. All ice creams, sorbets, vegan desserts, and ice cream cakes are made on premises, and if you time it just right you might see Mr. Das in the back swirling the latest batch. Seasonal ice creams highlight produce sourced directly from local farmers and many specialty flavors feature scratch-made inclusions for a truly homemade product. Das' Creamery strives to serve ice cream safely, accommodating dairy, peanut, tree nut, egg, and gluten allergies. Das' is a gathering place for friends and families to meet and make memories season after season, year after year.
