NJMEP Success Stories
New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program, Inc. (NJMEP) is focused on providing its manufacturing clients with assistance that generates real impact and satisfied customers. To benchmark our performance, NJMEP conducts a Customer Satisfaction Survey 10 days after each project closes. We also conduct an independent survey 12 months after the project's completion to measure the "bottom line impact" to our client and the economic impacts realized as a result of our assistance.
